Shadow tells about a lip balm and scrub: I am an exfoliating lip scrub that smooths and hydrates even severely chapped lips. Formulated with sugar to scrub away dry skin and shea butter to emolliate and soothe. How to use: Squeeze the pouch and apply as needed onto your lips.
